  26.   program called Global Wars.  This program has only been tested using
  27.   version 2.31 of Global Wars.  It is a fairly simple program, in that
  28.   it reads the data files and configuration files then creates an
  29.   ASCII & ANSI bulletin using the information it read in.

  36.     This program is a menuing program which allows multiple users -
  37.   depending upon their security level to access programs on their
  38.   system.  This is quite common in most menuing programs, however,
  39.   TheManager was written with the business in mind.  Not only does
  40.   TheManager have a normal menu program's features, it keeps track of
  41.   who entered what program, when it was entered and when you returned
  42.   from it.  This can be VERY handy when taxes come around.  You will
  43.   then have the PROOF needed to back up your claims to the IRS when/if
  44.   you try to ride your computer off as a business expense.  This program
  45.   makes a report of what was used for business purposes, normal
  46.   purposes, by whom, and how long.
